I use it almost every night after work. It really helps me unwind. Definitely read the instructions and don’t pull the mat straight up, use the little tabs they’re there for a reason. Yes — it’s 100% safe. The BUBBLE Mat™ uses an air-powered system, and no electricity ever touches the water. The air blower stays completely outside the tub and connects to the mat with a long 8.2 ft (2.5 m) hose — you can even place the blower in a different room.

The remote control uses a standard CR2032 battery. Just make sure not to submerge it in water.

Does it make a lot of noise?
